Clubs & Activities
At SVF, learning and growth extend beyond the classroom through our diverse after-school clubs and activities. From arts and STEAM to leadership and service, students have the opportunity to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships in a fun and engaging environment.
Art Club
The SVF Art Club is a creative space where students can explore their artistic talents and experiment with different mediums. Open to all skill levels, the club encourages self-expression through painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media projects in a supportive environment where creativity shines.
Band
The SVF Band is a introductory program that gives students the opportunity to develop their musical talents, build confidence, and perform in a fun and supportive environment. Band explores a variety of musical styles while learning fundamental skills such as reading music, rhythm, and ensemble playing.
Chess Club
Led by Chess Wizards, The SVF Chess Club is the perfect place for students to sharpen their strategic thinking, improve problem-solving skills, and enjoy some friendly competition. Open to players of all skill levels, the club provides a welcoming environment to learn the game, practice tactics, and participate in matches.

Cooking Club
Provided by Schoolhouse Kitchen. Students will learn practical and impressive culinary skills from how to prepare colorful Moroccan couscous to apple cider donuts and zucchini fritters. Our kid tested recipes and techniques are designed to inspire a lifetime of fun in the kitchen and are shared with families to continue the learning at home.

Flag Football
Open to grade levels 6th-8th, our Flag Football Club emphasizes fundamental football techniques, strategic play, and teamwork. Students participate in regular practices, fostering a sense of community and school spirit.
Jewelry Making
The SVF Jewelry Making Club is a creative space where students can design and craft their own unique accessories! From beaded bracelets to wire-wrapped pendants, members will learn various techniques while exploring their artistic talents. This hands-on club encourages self-expression, patience, and attention to detail, all while having fun creating wearable art.
STEAM Robonauts
STEAM Academy presents a hands-on, narrative-rich after-school adventure. The classes are led by dedicated and energetic mentors with story-driven sessions, making learning an exciting experience. These 90 minute weekly sessions are a great investment in your child's future and help foster a love of coded learning!

Student Council
From organizing school activities to supporting important initiatives, the goal of student council is to inspire leadership, promote school pride, and make a lasting impact within our school community.
Student council members are voted on by the student body at the beginning of the school year,
Theatrics / Drama
Our theatrics program puts on a school play in the Spring and is open to every grade level. Students are encouraged to audition for roles. Main roles are offered to grades 3-8th. Supporting / ensemble roles are offered to grades Prek3-2nd.
Church Choir
Our Church Choir is open to 1st - 8th grade students. The church choir sings for mass every Sunday, along with school masses, every Wednesday.
