Admission FAQ's

Who has priority admission?

It is our hope that we are able to accommodate all families who seek a St. Vincent Ferrer education for their children. However, classroom space is often limited and in these cases, we follow specific guidelines for prioritizing applicants. As classrooms fill, we will place applicants on a waiting list and notify them if a spot becomes available. Priority for Admission: 1. Returning student 2. Sibling of a current student 3. Active SVF parishioner 4. Catholic student from another parish 5. Non-Catholic student Returning students and siblings of current students have a set period to enroll or re-enroll for the following school year. During this time, we will accept applications for new students, however no determination on acceptance will be made until the enrollment deadline for current families. Once enrollment is open to new families, we will apply our admission guidelines and accept new students. We will notify families of their acceptance or of their placement on the waiting list. A formal letter will be sent to the home.
